OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signatures. Wherever the context so requires “Participant” shall mean a member registered under the Membership policy of Wal-Mart India Private Limited (“Company”) who fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned below and who purchases products from the Best Price Flipkart Wholesale offline stores (“Offline Stores”) and Best Price Flipkart Wholesale BDA mobile application (“BDA Mobile App”)and e-commerce mobile application (“E-commerce App”) (Collectively referred to as the “Platform”)from 1ST Oct’25 to 31st Oct’25 (“Lucky draw Period”).  This offer is not applicable for Institutional / KAM channel.

Eligibility:  This lucky draw can be availed by all the Participants  who shops from us from Platform and/or Offline Stores between 00:00 hours on 1st Oct 2025 and 23:59 hours on 31st Oct 2025. Members shall be entitled to receive certain benefits under this lucky draw (hereinafter “Lucky draw”).

Lucky draw: 

  1. A Participant who purchases Coca Cola products worth Rs. 999 (Nine hundred and ninety-nine) or more (inclusive of taxes) (“Minimum Order Value”) from the Platform and/or Offline Stores in a single bill/transaction during the Lucky draw Period shall be eligible to receive the Mahindra XUV and 55” LED TV respectively.

 

  1. A Participant who purchases Coca Cola products worth Rs. 9999 (Nine thousand Nine hundred and ninety-nine) or more (inclusive of taxes) (“Minimum Order Value”) from the BDA Mobile App in a single bill/transaction during the Lucky draw Period shall be eligible to receive the Mahindra Supero Mini Truck.

 

  1. A Participant who purchases products worth Rs. 499 (Four hundred and ninety-nine) or more (inclusive of taxes) (“Minimum Order Value”) from the BDA Mobile App in a single bill/transaction during the Lucky draw Period shall be eligible to receive prize is a Bike worth INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakhs).

 

  1. The gift shall not be exchanged for any voucher or money.

 

  1. Any Participant who is unable to receive the gift shall be eliminated as a winner and next winner shall be chosen.

 

  1. Winner selection will be through randomizer.

By participating in this Lucky draw, the Participant agrees to be bound by:

  1. These terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
  2. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and in the Offline Stores . 

Other terms and conditions: 

  1. The Company shall, at its sole discretion, decide the selection criteria/eligibility of Members to participate in the lucky draw.
  2. The Lucky draw is available for prepaid transactions only.
  3. The Lucky draw is applicable on purchases made by Participants on purchasing through the Platform and/or the Offline Stores. .
  4. The offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
  5. Under no circumstances will the prize under this Lucky draw be settled with cash in lieu by the Company.
  6. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Lucky draw. Any participation is voluntary, and the Lucky draw is being made purely on a best effort basis.
  7. Employees of the Company, their dependents, agencies associated with this Lucky draw and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this.
  8. The Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from the benefits of this Lucky draw, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Lucky draw.
  9. This Lucky draw is not applicable for the Participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979.
  10. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that tampers with or attempts to violate these Terms and Conditions.
  11. The Company reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time without any prior written notice to the Participant.
  12. The Participant acknowledges and confirms that the Participant is aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an e-mail transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. Participants agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and the Company shall not be responsible in any manner.
  13. This Lucky draw is valid only in India.
  14. Further, this Lucky draw does not give any additional guarantee or warranty whatsoever.
  15. The Lucky draw shall be subject to force majeure events and in the occurrence of such an event, the Lucky draw may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Company.
  16. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Lucky draw.
  17. The Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Company harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Company because of (i) violation of terms of this Terms and Conditions by the Participant; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the Participant’s part.
  18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this Terms and Conditions.Top of Form
